Legality Rating
The Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) responded positively to Promomedia’s request for evaluation and attribution of the Legality Rating, assigning a score of two stars (**).
This important result, officially sanctioned by the AGCM at its meeting of 7 October 2015, is no more than the confirmation of an internal process started some time ago which saw Promomedia introducing a Code of Ethics to protect its customers and employees, and more generally with the adoption of virtuous conduct geared to transparency and legality, understood not as a duty but as a genuine corporate culture.
The certification, which is valid for two years, constitutes recognition of the company in terms of reputation first and foremost, but also in terms of guarantees for access to bank credit and public funding.

Code of Ethics
We believe in the value of the word “respect”. Respect for our customers and the people who work with us.
This is why we attach so much importance to labour law guarantees. We have drafted a Contract of Service in agreement with the main trade unions, obtaining a single market price with guaranteed conditions for the customer.
The contract is secure because there is no subcontracting and greater flexibility in working hours. It is less expensive because indirect costs are lower, as are contributions in compliance with legal minimums, and there is a higher incidence of reduced contributions due the presence of productivity agreements.

Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001
The Organisation, Management and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and introduced by Promomedia in March 2015, is a system of organisational rules and procedures aimed at preventing the commission of crimes.
It is a dynamic tool which affects company operations and which in turn must be constantly verified and updated in the light of information found, as well as changes in the regulatory framework.
