Passion for what you create, like Lavazza’s for its coffee; or passion for what you do, like that of these five young women whose enthusiasm, precision, expertise and perseverance won them the prize day for the best promoters in the Lavazza team.
And to share this passion, Lavazza decided to offer Stefania, Sabrina, Antonella, Sarah and Raquel a Coffee Experience, a journey to discover the world of coffee in a very special place: the Lavazza Training Centre, the largest international study centre dedicated to coffee.
“Seeing the enthusiasm of our promoters was a reward for us too”, says Giacomo Mirabelli, head of Operational Marketing at Promomedia. “With Lavazza, we decided to reward these promoters with a full immersion in the Training Centre because we believe the value of an experience is far greater than any material prize. An experience stays with us for the rest of our lives, it becomes part of our memories, and that’s what we wanted to give these ladies: a shared emotion”.
