A growing turnover exceeding one billion euros in 2015, constant growth in employment and a distribution channel dominated by pharmacies. These data emerged from the latest FederSalus Study Centre research which analysed the market trends of food supplements in Italy on behalf of the new Italian Observatory for food supplements.
And the fact that the pharmacy is the new platform for in-store promotion in the healthcare sector is also confirmed by Nestlé, which chose the channel as the setting for its new advertising campaign for Meritene Vitachoco, a multivitamin supplement in the form of a delicious Swiss chocolate bar.
For the promotion of Vitachoco, we supported 150 pharmacies in the set-up of promotional stands and, of course, carried out in-store promotion.
