IN-STORE PROMOTION
We manage 162,000 in-store promotion days and 1,340,000 tasting sessions all over Italy, always guaranteeing enthusiasm, motivation and, above all, the professionalism of our promoters and hostesses.
We succeed thanks to the day-to-day work of our Operational Marketing department, which is responsible for preparing documentation, ensuring that everything is correctly set up and that the hostesses and promoters are trained and efficient, always.
MERCHANDISING
We provide 300,000 hours of shelf loading and 100,000 hours of in-store preparation every year, thanks to our network of merchandisers and fitters distributed throughout the country.
ORDER TRANSFER
Our knowledge of our clients’ needs led us to internally develop a web-based app that can manage and update visits, video and photographic briefs, data return, anomaly reports, set-up photos, alerts and extra schedules in real time. In addition, thanks to the portal, Promomedia staff carrying out in-store inspections are able to share and send out-of-stock data detected at points of sale to the automatic system.
SPACE ALLOCATION
Thanks to our software, developed in-house by our IT department, we are able to study and plan the placement of products in any sales space virtually and create planograms that can quickly and realistically guide the work of the fitters.
SELL-IN NETWORK
Our field network, operating all over the country, is responsible for the regular monitoring of our clients’ points of sale, detecting the range of products on the shelf, replacing out-of-stock items and reordering sold-out products.
Our specialist field network also monitors prices and incentivises sell-in by the distribution network.
MYSTERY SHOPPERS
